Flip 30 started its journey in 2013 doing a mentorship for a huge Developer/Foreclosure auction guru with a company called Homerock. Homerock purchased roughly 20 homes a month for resale or buy and holds through foreclosure auctions. Through the company I recieved hands on training in how to drive properties, assess for a construction budget, coordinate teams who would be scheduled at each auction with cashiers checks with a list of properties, changes locks, schedule projects, materials, trades schedules on projects in major volume. I received one of the greatest crash courses in the entrepreneur world with real life experience. This captured my heart, eyes, passion and just about all of my ambition for the next 8 years. Fast Forward to 2023 and my first daughter is born. My wife and I moved to the Springs area to be closer to family as our second daughter is born. I have a certain responsibility as a father to give my family a good life so I wanted to build something that last. Flip 30 is Born; a local Colorado springs fix and flip company focused on relationships and offering people an opportunity to invest their money while receiving back a higher percentage than annual inflation return. We pair you with a Hard Money Lender allowing you to invest with less money down, we pair you with a construction crew to handle the hammer swinging on your project, we assign deadlines and scopes so you're filled in, we share photos in google drives  to keep you filled in, Flip30 has agents to list the home, cleaners to clean home, furnish the home, schedule photography pictures of the home for MLS and have our handyman take care of any escrow repairs to sale home.
